AM21/001 - WELCOME
The start of the meeting was delayed for 25 minutes due to technical issues. J Weighell then welcomed Councillors to the meeting and it was agreed that the meeting could be recorded.
AM21/002 - MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
Due to Coronavirus restrictions no Annual General Meeting could be held in 2020. In accordance with current regulations the incumbent post holders should remain in post until May 2021, which had been confirmed at the subsequent ordinary meeting held 1 June 2020.
AM21/003 - CHAIR’S REPORT
Councillor Weighell (Chair) presented his annual report for the year 2020/21. It can be read in full on our News Page.
AM21/004 – QUESTIONS FROM THE FLOOR
There were no questions from the floor.
AM21/05 – ELECTION OF CHAIR
J Weighell was proposed by E Miller, seconded by G Conlin and elected as Chair for 2021/22.
AM21/06 – ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR
K Sandick was proposed by J Weighell, seconded by E Miller and elected as Vice Chair for 2021/22. K Sandick thanked the members for his election and advised that he had a busy work schedule for the next two months, but after that would be able to devote considerably more time to Neasham PC business.
AM21/07 – ELECTION OF OVERSEERS TO SUPPORT THE CHAIR FOR 2021/22
- K Sandick was unopposed for election as Asset Management Overseer.
- J Grainger was unopposed for election as Business Management Overseer.
- G Crute was unopposed for election as Business Management Overseer.
AM21/08 – DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The date of the next Annual General Meeting was provisional set at Tuesday 3 May 2022
The meeting concluded at 7.00pm.
